Moira has more than 27 years of experience in the Finance and Banking industry, holding managerial positions in various departments at the bank. Jecintha Anthonysamy is a  Educator, Facilitator and Trainer  by profession. She is a certified Training Consultant  with Global Dynamics. She has obtained her Bachelor of  Education (Hons.)  from University Science Malaysia and  her Masters in English as Second Language from University Malaya. She has also a diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology from Linguistic Council (Singapore).She has done Certificate of Education Studies in Learning Disorders Management and Language Development, Certificate of Education Studies in Child Psychology and Counseling from College of Teachers (London, UK).

Jecintha has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of education. She has worked both in rural and urban settings, managing students and adult learners of different abilities and needs. She has trained in-service teachers in various Teachers Training Institutes. Jecintha is also into performing arts and a part – time teacher with Helen O’grady School of Drama.

She has overall 14 years of working experience in Banking and IT sectors. Mr Saravana Kumar Ramasamy


Mr. Saravana Kumar Ramasamy is a registered Safety and Health Consultant with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of Malaysia. He obtained his qualification from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia and his professional qualification from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM). He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in OSH Management from the same university.

During his tenure at Malaysian Marine and Heavy Engineering, Mr. Saravana was the Senior Health Safety Environment officer. His principal duties involved developing safety programs and safety induction programs and training programs, enforcing site safety rules and regulations and managing safety and health system for Gumusut Kakap SemiFPS Project under Shell and Petronas, Kikeh DTU (Dry Tree Unit) SPAR Project with Murphy Oil. He had been responsible as part of the team to achieve 5,000,000 man hours without LTI (Loss Time Injury) in oil and gas fabrication industry.

Mr. Rajan Rajadurai is a graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Communication and a minor in Philosophy. He started out his career in the advertising industry as a Copywriter and shortly after that he made a switch to HR with one of the biggest multinational financial institutions. In the field of HR, Mr. Rajan has worked in all the various disciplines of HR such as Benefit & Compensation, Recruitment, Disciplinary Cases and Training & Development.
