KarthigesuMr. Karthigesu Sivalingam is the Principal Consultant of Global Dynamics. He obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) from University Malaya and his Masters in Business Administration (HR Management) from University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

Mr. Karthigesu has more than 20 years of experience in the field of training and consultancy. He has worked with Bank Negara Malaysia as an Auditor and full time Trainer.





SheilaMenon300x300Sheila Menon is a certified corporate trainer and educator by profession. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the USA and a further 1st Class Honours Degree in the Teaching of English as a Second Language from Open University Malaysia. She is currently working towards her Postgraduate Degree in Education and Management. Sheila is a Certified Law of Attraction Trainer, having been certified by Michael J. Losier, the author of the No. 1 Best Seller in 32 countries, ‘The Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t’.




moinah-abdul-jalilMs.Moinah was previously the Corporate Affairs and Communication Manager at one of the leading banks in Malaysia. Moira has more than 27 years of experience in the Finance and Banking industry, holding managerial positions in various departments at the bank. She was a Line Trainer at the Bank and has facilitated training programs in the areas of Developing Operational and Managerial Excellence.




rajan-rajaduraiMr. Rajan Rajadurai is a graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Communication and a minor in Philosophy. He started out his career in the advertising industry as a Copywriter and shortly after that he made a switch to HR with one of the biggest multinational financial institutions. In the field of HR, Mr. Rajan has worked in all the various disciplines of HR such as Benefit & Compensation, Recruitment, Disciplinary Cases and Training & Development. He has over 7 years of experience in HR with more than 3 years of experience in Training & Development.



Saravanaa-KumarMr. Saravana Kumar Ramasamy is a registered Safety and Health Consultant with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of Malaysia. He obtained his qualification from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia and his professional qualification from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM). He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in OSH Management from the same university.




jecinthaJecintha Anthonysamy is a  Educator, Facilitator and Trainer  by profession. She is a certified Training Consultant  with Global Dynamics. She has obtained her Bachelor of  Education (Hons.)  from University Science Malaysia and  her Masters in English as Second Language from University Malaya. She has also a diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology from Linguistic Council (Singapore).She has done Certificate of Education Studies in Learning Disorders Management and Language Development, Certificate of Education Studies in Child Psychology and Counseling from College of Teachers (London, UK).



Ms. Shanti  Supramaniam  is a Certified Training Consultant with Global Dynamics, a training and consultancy firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Hons.) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and has also completed the  Essential Training Skills certification programme. She  is currently pursuing an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales.

Ms. Shanti has more than 18 years experience in the aviation, shipping and education industries, having worked with Malaysia Airlines as an Area Manager and also with Malaysia International Shipping Corporation and Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TAR) in Penang.

Ms. Shanti  has  researched and designed training programs in the areas of Customer Service, Account Management, Personal development, Communication, Motivation, Leadership Skills, Management Skills, Team Building and Personal  Excellence and has trained sales personnel from other countries such as Australia, UK, China and Holland.

Ms. Shanti has worked with the management teams (from the junior level to senior management as well as BODs) of many organizations to create focus and changes in the areas of business strategies, management techniques, leadership styles and customer centric.

Ms. Iswary Chelliah is a Certified Trainer of Global Dynamics, a training and consultancy firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from University Malaya. She is a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) with Bankers Institute of Malaysia (IBBM).

Ms. Iswary Chelliah has more than 15 years experience in the field of Banking. She has held various positions in Banking Operations, Credit Processing, Credit Underwriting and as Head of Commercial Business Units with Maybank. Her experience is complemented by in-house qualifications and trainings certified by Maybank, in the areas of Credit Management, Cash Flow Analysis and Debt Restructuring.

Ms. Iswary Chelliah held the position of Assistant Vice President, Head of SME Banking (Turnaround Workout Team Unit) with Maybank. She has been able to carry out her duties and special responsibilities given to her diligently to achieve best results desired by her Team and the Organization as a whole. She has been accorded special recognitions by the Bank throughout her service and has experience in carrying out specific projects such as rationalization of Small and Medium Enterprise Banking (SME Banking) structure in Maybank.

Ms Vaani Thiagaragan is currently a Producer cum Editor with Capital TV, Malaysia’s first 24/7 business news channel.

Ms Vaani started her career in the hotel industry in London after completing a Graduate Diploma in Hotel & Motel Association. She has also obtained a Degree in Psychology from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom.

Ms Vaani, with more than 12 years experience in the hospitality industry, has worked as a Senior Sales Manager for many distinguished hotels in Malaysia and expanded her horizon as Director of Sales for a digital media advertising firm.

Ms Vaani has contributed to the success of leading hotels and resorts in Malaysia, throughout her career. Working with talented marketing directors has accorded her the level of hands on experience for greater roles and challenges. With that in mind, she has looked beyond those surviving skills and took the leap of faith towards the real estate industry as a Branch Manager for four years in the United Kingdom.

Ms Vaani has hosted the Olympics 2008 on Astro, news presenter at Bernama TV and a private TV channel in UK. She has conducted interviews with prominent personalities and politicians in Malaysia. She also lends her voice to numerous advertisements and commercials.

Ms Vaani has conducted training programmes especially in areas of Etiquette, Customer Service, Grooming, Basic Communication Skills, Motivation, Personal Coaching, Train The Trainers for Direct English and Media Training.

Prem300x300Mr. Premanand Kusalavan is a trainer at Global Dynamics, a training and consultancy firm. Trained as an engineer by profession, Mr. Premanand received his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) from Multimedia University and subsequently worked as an engineer at several multinational electronics company for 10 years at various assignments. With last position as a staff engineer in a leading data storage equipment manufacturer, Mr. Premanand later found his passion in training and obtained his certification as a corporate trainer from Global Dynamics and followed his heart on training others in the line of personal development, personal excellence, goal setting and brain power.



Mr. Logeswaran Sivapragasam is a trainer with Global Dynamics, a training & consultancy firm established in Malaysia. He graduated from Victoria Institution, Malaysia’s premier secondary school & obtained his Bachelor in Engineering from University of Northumbria, Newcastle, England.

Mr. Logeswaran, also known as Logan by his colleagues has more than 13 years experience in the field of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and Training with the intention of significantly increasing profit, productivity, and the performance of his clients
